Beth A. Gritton – IT Advisory Services Business Manager
Ms. Gritton has over 25 years executive management experience in information systems for customer-centric businesses. Ms. Gritton’s proven track record of successfully leading information technology services in organizations includes strategic planning, managing enterprise applications development, and planning and implementing technology infrastructures that align with the needs of corporate strategic business plans.
Currently Ms. Gritton leads MainStream GS’ IT Advisory Services business. Aligned with the firm’s focus on enabling high performance, MainStream GS provides a portfolio of value added services including IT Strategic Planning & Alignment, Independent IT Assessments, IT Project Management, and Business Process Re-engineering. These services are available to government and commercial organizations and complement MainStream GS’ Strategy Alignment & Deployment, Continuous Process Improvement, and Program & Project Management services.
Prior to joining MainStream GS, Ms. Gritton was the Vice President Technology/Chief Information Officer of Harvest Manor Farms, LLC, a $200 million snack and nut processing company. Ms. Gritton was hired into Harvest Manor Farms, LLC by Mainstream Management as part of a strategic turnaround plan to deploy newer technologies in conjunction with the relocation of the Network Operating Center and development of the company’s new infrastructure and employee base.
While establishing the infrastructure for Harvest Manor Farms, Ms.Gritton also successfully developed a high availability, multi-site redundant transactional-based environment, requiring two independent databases be kept in-sync with each other. In addition she orchestrated the implementation of an internet based purchasing engine tied to customer fulfillment and walk-in purchasing. While at Harvest Manor Farms Ms.Gritton led the company’s IT team during corporate acquisitions and mergers, process re-engineering, systems and data transitions.
Ms. Gritton has deep industry experience in the healthcare, publishing, food & beverage, and manufacturing industries. Among her many achievements are development and implementation of the first ICD-9 Coding System in the 1980’s, implementation of high availability, multi-site, redundant database technologies, successful process and system mergers of over fifty small to mid-size acquisitions including a combined company of $1 billion revenue.
Ms. Gritton earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Truman State University, Kirksville, MO. Ms. Gritton is a member of the Southern Nevada Chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI) and is currently working towards her Project Management Professional certification. In addition, she is a published author, with published works including “Breaking out of the Ordinary Shell When it Comes to Outsourcing,” and “Implementing Redundant Systems”.
