Connie Mason - Controller
Ms. Mason has several critical strategic management functions for MainStream. While her official title is controller, her responsibilities span across financial management, contracts management and management of MainStream's public sector Federal Security Clearance Program. From a financial perspective Ms. Mason is directly involved in budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and accounts payable and receivables. In addition, Ms. Mason works directly with MainStream government customers senior contracting officers and is the firm's contracting representative for MainStream's public sector GSA Schedule. Ms. Mason also directly manages MainStream's private sector Federal Security Clearance Program including interfacing directly with Federal officials to ensure MainStream's public sector business is in full compliance the program's requirements.
Ms. Mason has over 25 years experience in financial management, accounting and project management. Over the years Ms. Mason has honed excellent management and organizational skills. She has meticulous attention to detail as well as strong communication and problem solving expertise.
Ms. Mason graduated from Briar Cliff College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Ms. Mason supports several charitable organizations including the Humane Society, Rape Crisis & Domestic Violence Center, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Senior Help, and Meals on Wheels.
