Senior Operations Manager

Senior Commercial Operations Manager

MainStream’s Senior Commercial Operations manager will lead customer care activities for targeted industries, including recruitment of new clients and expansion and retention of existing clients. This position reports directly to the Managing Director of Performance Improvement. In this role the person will be responsible for performing the following duties:

  • Lead the full life cycle of business activities for targeted industries for our two focused areas of consulting services creating high performance organizations:
  • Continuous process improvement
  • Program and project management
  • Develop win/win relationships with business partners to grow our business and contracts portfolio
  • Successfully manage client engagements and provide the required support services for them
  • Meet with clients and other consultants regularly to understand contract progress and provide potential solutions to problems they may face
  • Lead and support selected commercial marketing program initiatives to increase awareness and grow pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Ensure reporting and communications are frequent and bi-directional

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of the following:

  • 10 + years of demonstrated successful experience in performance improvement and operations management in the following areas:
    • Continuous process improvement consulting experience including Lean or Six Sigma experience
    • Program and project management
  • Overnight travel could be up to 50-90% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree. MBA from a top tiered program is a plus
  • US Citizenship is a MUST
